Our Shoe Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with our shoes, you can return or exchange them for free. In order to ensure a full refund or a quick exchange, we ask that you complete the form that was included in your shipment and follow the instructions below:

  • Shoes must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Please be sure that you include the shoes, laces, inserts, shoe box and shoe return form in your shipment.
  • Please ship merchandise in a well-sealed box, not the shoe box itself.
  • Please use the pre-paid shipping label provided for shipping.
  • This policy applies to the return of shoes only.
