Contracture management, or nighttime stretching, uses bracing devices to improve range of motion, reduce risk of more contracture formation, and maintain healthy joint alignment and integrity.
These devices, including AFOs, KAFOs, and KOs, offer an alternative to surgery, Botox, and serial casting for lower limb contracture management. (For upper extremity options, please contact Surestep customer service.)
