Sarah Flowers, Physical Therapist

Sarah Flowers, licensed physical therapist (PT), is a Clinical Education Specialist at Surestep. She has more than five years of experience in pediatric physical therapy, along with three years of teaching classes on developmental play.

Sarah is passionate about educating orthotists, PTs, and parents about pediatric intervention. She draws from her work in early childhood services for developmental, neurological, and genetic conditions, along with treating infant torticollis and head shape concerns.

Believing in the value of collaboration, Sarah works closely with other providers to achieve better patient outcomes. She has prescribed cranial remolding orthoses (CROs) to complement infant neck therapy, along with pediatric foot orthotics.

Sarah earned her doctorate in physical therapy from East Carolina University and a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
