change is in the air

There’s always been something a little bit different and special about Surestep. And for the past 15 years, we have been defining that different and special through the lives we have touched.

The Story Behind The Change

During these past 15 years, we’ve acted as a support system in many ways to families faced with what can seem like big challenges. Sometimes those challenges seem overwhelming, but Surestep has always been there to help a parent be more certain about their child’s mobility. More confident that each step is a step toward independence! Our mission is important to us, so we took the time to evaluate ourselves to make sure that the visual brand portrayed that importance.

We wanted our mark to better reflect our emotional connection to the community we serve. We wanted the different and special to be evident at first glance. We wanted to visually communicate mobility, innovation and fun all at once. Our new mark does just that.

A Better User Experience

In the end, nothing can express our identity more profoundly than the stories of the lives we have changed. But we feel strongly our new mark enhances it. To support this new change, we have also redesigned our website to improve the user experience that reflects feedback from our customers.

With this new identity, we look forward to starting the next chapter of Surestep. Please take a moment to view this light-hearted video, which truly shows just how different and special we are.
